Rule 45

Abolition and defense

(1) The Information Technology Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 2061 are repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the Information Technology Tribunal (Procedure) Regulations, 2061 shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with these Regulations.
